I have over 15 years of experience in human resources, leading and managing teams across various industries and regions. I hold the SHRM-SCP & SPHR certifications and have expertise in employee benefits, People Ops strategy, and various HR technology.

My mission is to create a culture of trust, collaboration, and growth, where every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered. I partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. I also oversee the compliance, legal, and ethical aspects of human resources, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. I am passionate about learning, developing, and mentoring others, and I strive to make a positive impact on the organization and the community.

And in reality, my career in Human Resources has truly just been about trying to fill my insatiable curiosity about human nature, the power of choice, and human potential, realizing along the way that the more I learn, the less I know.
