I’m an executive with over 10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, and customer success in both startup and growth stage companies. I have the unique experience of helping companies innovate, scale, and find purpose at very early stages as well as transform the way they operate pre and post-exits.
I’ve always been motivated by growth and change. Throughout my life I’ve found myself constantly seeking experiences and connecting with people who can teach me something new, change a preconceived notion, or help me be a better version of myself. I’ve found throughout my career that this is what I look for in companies too. Every company I’ve worked at has been mission-driven and challenged existing industries and consumer behaviors. I’ve also been at these companies through times of exciting (and sometimes scary) change and growth.
While I started my career in sales partnerships and marketing, I knew that data holds the keys to most answers and insights and it’s the tool to make decisions and move businesses forward. I taught myself to code, learned statistical analysis, and fundamental market and consumer research practices to help push my own thinking and become a stronger strategic partner and operator.
I’ve leveraged these skills to support and lead Le Tote through several key milestones, including their Series C and Le Tote’s acquisition of Lord + Taylor. Prior to Le Tote, I was an early Facebook employee and used these skills to grow and strengthen strategic partnerships, scaling and operationalizing processes within the Sales and Account Management teams.
I’m an East Coaster, turned Midwesterner, turned West Coaster. I support and volunteer for causes supporting Women’s Health and Children with Special Needs and Circumstances.
