I'm the LEAD CHARACTER DESIGNER at INTUITION ROBOTICS.
But wait, what does that even mean?
It means I help design and implement the various robotic modalities of ElliQ to help make her more humanlike and empathetic.
Before that I was a Conversation Designer/ VUI /Content Creator on some of these chatbot/voicebot campaigns

Whew. But how did I get involved in chatbots?
Completely by accident ;)
Let's review:
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University's Film and Television Department. As a senior I directed an award winning short film ("Sherman and The Kid") which was an official selection at the DeadCenter Film Festival
Following my graduation I directed a feature length independent film ("The Coat Room") which won Best In Fest at the 2006 Portland Underground Film Festival.
I spent the next 10 years writing, directing, shooting and editing documentaries, short films and music videos.
In July 2015 it all came together. I found a position as a convo designer @imperson, a startup that encouraged me to be creative across a variety of mediums: content writing, video production and even singing!
In 2016 I started collaborating with Yaki Dunietz on AnnA, the world's most entertaining virtual influencer.
Imperson became CoCoHub in 2020 and I was promoted to LEAD CONVERSATION DESIGNER. During this time, Yaki and I managed Anna's career as an AI influencer and singer.
In 2021 I took on the role of Lead Character Designer at Intuition Robotics, where I design conversations and experiences for ELLIQ.
ElliQ is a robot companion that helps older adults in the US.
