I run product and engineering at Mediafly. We connect revenue operations and revenue intelligence through a series of solutions focused on sales enablement, sales content distribution, forecasting, goal-setting and attainment, conversation intelligence, value tools, sales learning management, and more. All of this is delivered as deeply integrated Enterprise SaaS.

I oversee the Product and Engineering teams. We decide what gets built (product) and how it gets built (engineering), with a team of over 100 professionals across the globe.

I drive energy working with people who are smarter than me and from whom I can learn every day. I like working on big, complex problems, and using data-backed decisions to drive towards solutions. I enjoy iterating on strategy and product vision, building cross-team operational process, and applying data-backed insights and financial modeling to justify investment.

I believe that transparency, humbleness, and the "servant leader" mentality are the best attributes to inspire, drive accountability, and retain the best members of your team. I stay transparent by over-communicating my thoughts about the business, market, clients, and psychology to my team. I work hard to break down blockers that slow down my team's ability to execute. I promote my team members' successes as often as possible through the company and beyond.

I believe that the some of the best product innovators are engineers: they understand the edge of what's possible. Provide them with client challenges, business context, and headspace, and they can create the future of any organization.

Mediafly has been on the Inc 5000's list of Fastest Growing Private Companies for the past 10 years, and have grown from 10 employees to over 250 today.

Outside of work, I enjoy power lifting and am a 4-season bike commuter (current PR is -20°F).
