I particularly enjoy incubating ideas, crafting them into scalable real-world products and leading teams from inception to execution, both at startups and within large organizations. Built and grew software development teams (of size 400+) in US, Europe and Asia. Helped set vision, develop strategy and build a culture of solve exciting problems while making measurable customer impact. Headed technical M&A due diligence, managed post-acquisition integrations to acquire teams, fill gaps in the product portfolio. Partner/Advisor to corporate venture teams.
