The life of a CMO or marketing manager is challenging.

You’re expected to have total recall about your market, competitors, latest trends, plus be a Google/Facebook/Twitter/Snapchat/TikTok algorithm hacker who can generate leads in the blink of an eye.

There are expectations to generate profits at the touch of a button because “everything’s digital these days,” but your department is often the first that is forced to do more with less because your budget gets cut as soon as times are tough.

It’s a lot to deal with. How do I know? Because that used to be my life.

I’ve handled millions of dollars in ad spend and managed accounts, content, and creative for the likes of Disney, AT&T, Dell, Quiznos, and Chili’s to name a few.

But something inside me was telling me my true path was on “the other side”, as an agency and consultant that helps companies scale faster by dialing in the latest and most effective trends in digital marketing.
