As the Chief Executive Officer of Leadpages, part of the Redbrick portfolio of brands, I lead a diverse global team and the strategy for a growing SaaS company. We provide no-code website and landing page builder technology with built-in marketing guidance and best-in-class customer success that enables digital entrepreneurs and small business owners to establish and grow their businesses online.

A global software and technology executive, I am known for fast growth SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS technology organizations by creating growth and transformation strategies, leading high-performing diverse teams, and driving product innovation and commercialization in diverging channels for fast-growth IT, retail software, automotive technology, early stage, turn-around, e-commerce, EOS, retail stores, digital marketing technology sectors.

Recognized as an expert in inventory management solutions and POS, as the Vice President of Global Operations and Commercial Support for Solera, as the General Manager integrating three $125M Solera companies including P&L and business operations. I also led sales enablement, and customer success management. I collaborated to create innovative enterprise initiatives in partnership with leading automotive and e-commerce companies.

Driving incremental growth, as the Vice President of Product Management, I led innovation of the Identifix SaaS products that achieved 7.3% organic revenue growth adding new subscribers in a saturated marketplace, and increased the Average Selling Price (ASP).

In an entrepreneurial role as the VP Client Success with 8th Bridge, an e-commerce start up, I led the strategy and created an award-winning customer success team working with industry leaders including Facebook, Delta Airlines, Live Nation/Ticket Master, Hautelook, and 1-800-Flowers. We partnered with Delta to develop a social commerce platform on facebook, which won a marketing industry award.

Finding a better way leveraging technology, at Oracle, as the Senior Product Manager, I led a global team of PMs for warehouse management, advanced inventory planning and store inventory management systems for grocery, luxury, soft lines, hardline, mass retailers globally.

Driving retail innovation, I began my career at Target on the team that created the SuperTarget strategy.
