Over the past 20+ years I've worn a lot of hats and have sat on all sides of the buying and selling table at the top ad agencies within WPP & Publicis, along with 12+ years at Google as a frontline seller, sales & enablement leader, and most recently as Google's Global Director of Enablement & Sales Coaching with consistent recognition as top talent and part of the top 4% of seniority across the company of 180k+ employees.

What I've done:
> Executive leader for a team responsible for 9 figure budgets at the largest agency holding companies in the world
> Led & closed some of the largest deals in Google's history as a frontline sales leader
> Doubled revenue on a previously declining 9 figure portfolio in two years as a Google sales leader
> Led Global Sales & GTM Enablement at Google, forging joint partnerships with Google's exec-suite (Director/VP/President)
> Founded and built award-winning enablement programs for Google such as the Global Sales Coaching Program and Google Sales School
> Received coaching credentials from Hudson Institute and ICF ACC-level

What I'm doing now:
> I am currently the SVP - Strategic Partnerships, Americas at Cover Genius leading the Americas Sales & Partnerships organization
> I've also recently launched THE Shift (www.theshift.llc), with a focus on sales & leadership coaching & consulting (note: availability is very limited as I operate a full-time role at Cover Genius)
