A solid, flawless HR system and structure in place is necessary for HR professionals, however, the need for employees, managers and C-level goes beyond that. An HR system needs to facilitate their needs and be available where and when they need it. Being able to facilitate that as an employer helps in positioning yourself as an attractive employer and to be more successful.
