As a sales executive, author, and connector of people, my passion is executing on the idea that the currency of business and life are relationships. I began my career as an account manager at Procter & Gamble before pivoting to leadership positions at a pair of technology firms, Upserve and Activeion Cleaning Solutions. I then spent over three years in Sydney, Australia where I helped execute sales strategies for Staples and LinkedIn before returning to the United States with LinkedIn in early 2016. I am deeply committed to the sales profession, illustrated through my book, Carry That Quota, and my current role as Vice President and Lead Trainer at Empire Selling.

Empire Selling is the world’s only digital revenue acceleration program. With an emphasis on ‘bringing the human back to business, we align all revenue functions behind the sales organization to accelerate the use of social media and digital tools to win new customers and deepen the relationship with existing ones. With thousands of sellers trained across the world, Empire has helped brands like Vodafone Business, SAP, Broadcom Software, RELX, and more increase new revenue and customer lifetime value.

Outside of my work in sales, I am active in my community. I chair the Emerging Leaders Council for New Heights Youth, a youth basketball and education non-profit in Brooklyn, New York. I have also been heavily involved with the Mario St. George Boiardi Foundation, an organization focused on providing opportunities for future leaders. I live in New York City with my wife and two daughters. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and running marathons.
