With a rich background in Team Development, Marketing, Communications, and business ownership, throughout my career I have consistently increased profits, reduced costs, and built highly effective marketing campaigns and programs that have become key company contributors for lead generation, growth, and client and franchisee support.
Former small business owner of The Savvy Hiker, LLC from 2016 – 2019, I cultivated the hiking experience brand over the three-year period to become profitable but closed the business to keep my hobbies separate from my professional endeavors.
During my role as Director of Marketing & Executive Project Manager, I directed the communications and information share between the Payroll Vault Brand and the public. Along with developing effective messaging and communication strategies, I was the was the project manager for planning Payroll Vault’s two annual conferences and all major internal projects.
I developed a Marketing Manual and Playbook to ensure brand guidance and support while creating an educational tool for franchisees to make the most of their marketing efforts. My most notable accomplishment was the creation and development of the Managed Marketing Program which produces an additional revenue stream for the franchise and is growing steadily. The most rewarding benefit of this program is the revenue generation for each participating local office.
In my current role as Chief Marketing Officer, I will be responsible for building out the marketing team and will continue to oversee the planning, development, and execution of Payroll Vault’s marketing, communications, and advertising initiatives while building stronger systems for our franchisees to increase their local success.
