In this role I will be driving sales productivity and execution excellence across our global Field organization. Focused on enabling big-deal velocity, building repeatable enterprise playbooks, and embedding value-selling at scale. Partnering cross-functionally to streamline processes, improve seller efficiency, and deliver predictable growth — all in support of Freshworks’ mission to uncomplicate business software.

In this new role Jim will be working with all sales, finance, marketing , services and renewal teams to help improve process, policies, procedures and systems to streamline operations, grow revenue globally across all accounts , all industries and product lines. Working directly for the CRO, he will be part of growth strategies, initiatives, sales effectiveness and talent development.

Jim previously lead a team at Salesforce selling into Financial Services Accounts across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance, responsible for helping clients Transform their business utilizing all of Salesforce's solutions. His teams covered East US and Canada. Prior to that was an AVP for Salesforce in NYC. His role there was to manage across all Salesforce Clouds to provide a complete Customer Engagement Solution across Sales, Service, Marketing and Platform clouds.

Jim has had several roles in Oracle. Application Sales, CRM Sales, FMW Sales, Applications Regional Manager, FMW Regional Manager, Technology Regional Manager and now Area Vice President of Sales Business Intelligence and Analytics. Jim has worked for Oracle in the North East, South East and NYC Metro areas , covering a variety of industries. Jim has received several National, Group and Area level awards. Including #1 Regional Manager of the country multiple times, and has consistently exceeded his quota year after year while providing significant revenue growth and building highly performant and respected teams. Prior to Oracle Jim spent 10 years at IBM/ IBM Partner selling into Retail, Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing accounts.
