I solve hard data management problems, often in databases but not always. Shipped multiple V1 cloud services and many features for on-premises products including V1 (from incubation to commercial release) with direct impact on billion dollar products and services. I thrive on solving hard data problems, even when the customer can't properly articulate the problem, with easy to use/maintain solutions. While I prefer individual contributor roles, I built and managed a team of about 40 technical consultants (started with 6) and created 2 new practices that became top revenue earners for a consulting startup.
