As the Chief Member Experience officer at VyStar Credit Union, I lead innovation strategies that create long-lasting, impactful relationships with more than 875,000 members of the credit union worldwide.

I am committed to driving positive change. VyStar Credit Union, based in Jacksonville, Florida, is one of the largest credit unions in the country, and I focus on implementing a personalized experience for VyStar Credit Union members. I accomplish this by offering the resources and guidance to fulfill members' wants and needs through holistic financial management. As a VyStar executive leadership team member, I am excited about innovation. I am always seeking creative ways to invest and partner with fintech companies to assist the credit union in partnering and learning from innovation in this exciting industry.

Previously, I was the Chief Digital Officer at VyStar Credit Union, and have also held senior leadership positions at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. My responsibilities included overseeing digital delivery as the Vice President of Electronic Services. Also, as Senior Vice President of Branch Services, I led more than 80 branches across four states. From 2013 to 2015, I attended Western CUNA Management School. I also earned my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2008 and my Bachelors in Business Management & Information Systems from School of Business, Government, and Economics at Seattle Pacific University in 2005.
