I lead the teams responsible for developing & managing the Oracle Analytics Product Strategy:
* Product management - ensuring we deliver “Beyond the Bits” to create the industry's leading analytics experience as determined by our community of Customers, Partners, Analysts and Field.
- Identification and articulation of emerging market trends, capabilities and how they help employee roles complete specific tasks (together, orchestrated)
- Identification and prioritization of critical capabilities, and translate these into product integration and feature priorities
- Product planning & roadmap development
- Capturing the voice of Analysts, Customers, Partners, and Field and integrating them into the Product strategy and development process (planning, prioritization, review, release, documentation, GTM and customer success programs)
- Early adopter programs, product launches, press & analysts (PR, AR)
- Product enablement (technical enablement of Customers, Partners, Field)
- Creating the Product narrative, themes & executive communications at launches, announces, with press and industry analysts
