I am a Director of High Velocity Sales at Fiix, a leading cloud-based maintenance and asset management software provider that is part of Rockwell Automation. With over 20 years of global experience in B2B SaaS, strategic partnerships, and Microsoft market ecosystems, I am passionate about helping technology companies accelerate their growth and impact through effective sales strategies and execution.

As the Director of High Velocity Sales for Asia Pacific, I am responsible for scaling and coaching the sales team to implement the Rockwell Automation-Fiix High Velocity GTM Strategy to surpass customer expectations and exceed revenue and market share goals. I leverage my credentials as a Results Coach and a Six Sigma Green Belt to empower my team with best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Some of my recent achievements include partnering with a bootstrapped start-up to grow its customer base from 10 to over 350 and double revenues over two years, building sales teams from the ground up in four different markets, and operationalizing a centralized virtual sales organization spanning Asia Pacific that generated over $100M of new revenue per annum within two years.
