My focus is to align your organization for growth through demonstrating expertise in inclusive program strategies, employee wellness, strategic diversity management, stakeholder engagement, and BRG optimization. My motto is to “empower leaders to transform their mindset to become the best version of themselves,” which has led me to develop a framework that focuses on the intersectionality of equity and wellness.
