I am motivated by helping companies solve problems and seize opportunities with the use of strategies unique to their organization and building more authentic relationships with their customers. I consider optimizing operations and creating positive and productive work cultures critical to these purposes. To accomplish these objectives, I prioritize the identification and measurement of key results, the cultivation of great teams, and the investment in relationships and organizational cultures that are lasting.

I have enjoyed many executive level positions throughout my career in marketing, sales, operations, and organizational leadership. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have acquired the following skills and learned the following about my leadership abilities:
