Josh is the Director of Customer Success for CIENCE, one of America’s fastest-growing privately held companies which offers a unique blend of managed services and software to scale fast-growth sales organizations. He is leading and building an amazing team of customer success managers that lead the daily strategy to produce highly targeted sales research and multi-channel orchestrated outbound campaigns enabling CIENCE to deliver consistent results for over 1,700 companies across more than 200 B2B industries. He is also the Founder of Schoeff Home Investing (SHI), a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring value add multifamily properties
A 2016 graduate of Wright State University, Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Pre-Med. He completed numerous business courses including President’s Club – Sandler Sales Systems, Cardone University, Master’s Degree in Effectiveness – Steven R. Covey Program, and Certified Professional Sales Account Executive – Techserve Alliance.
While a student at Wright State, Josh founded a chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, and was its first President. Under his leadership, the chapter became the second-fastest chapter in the fraternity’s history to be granted a charter, and received several awards for growth, diversity, and community service. As a result, Josh earned an Outstanding Student Leadership Award in his senior year. He currently is the Grand Chapter Advisor to the chapter and mentors new members on leadership, business and life.
Josh is a dedicated professional with realized experience in sales and marketing, management, business development, entrepreneurship, real estate, IT, defense, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. He is a successful team builder, skilled supervisor, and sales trainer. Josh cultivates positive environments that generates loyalty and inspires enthusiasm for achieving organizational goals.
Devoted to making a difference, Josh works with several charities giving his time, talent, and treasures. Most notable is his passion for providing the joy of Christmas to families in need. Over the last 6 years, he has shared the Christmas spirit with hundreds of children all over Ohio. Additionally, Josh shares his personal and professional experiences through motivational presentations to students, recently addressing the DECA Business Program at Harrison High School and the Supply Chain Management Program at Greenville High School. His testament of striving for success despite impoverished beginnings is inspirational to all.
