I am a customer focused marketing professional that has experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, and content marketing. In my most recent role with Drift, I was responsible for community management that had 71 members, connecting prospects with customers to help drive close wins for account executives, developing competitive win assets to drive top of funnel opportunities, partnering with the customer success org to drive a 400% increase in reviews across key business review sites, and creating slide decks for our product and customer teams to help improve product features and reduce churn.
I am excited to show how I can bring my experiences in marketing and working cross-functionally with customer success and sales along with my passions in building relationships, reducing customer frustrations, and communicating with diverse audiences to help remove pain points, build process improvement, and to meet metrics and KPIs.
