With almost five years of experience my role as a Speech Analyst includes defining and implementing categories of speech, specialising in the Verint Speech Analytics programme. Alongside this I have a focus on self-development to become more technical and enrich Speech Analytics data with existing business data using SQL within software such as SAS.
My role revolves around identifying opportunities, trends, initiatives and tactics by analysing calls, presenting trends to the business, and driving effective strategies into actionable plans to support a companies financial and customer service goals.
Within this field I have obtained excellent decision making and problem solving skills and the ability to use data to challenge current work practice.
