Hello 👋 I’m a Product Manager with a background in research and agile coaching. Since 2016, I have worked in a variety of companies in different industries, stages of growth, and product maturity. I currently work as an SPM at Intercom, where I focus on automation and building our AI Agent 🤖

I thrive on untangling gnarly problems, really obsessing over the user, and joining the dots to figure out ways to deliver impact, over and over again!

I am passionate about the craft of product management and career development, so I also dedicate my time to mentoring ✨
