With 22 years of commercial real estate experience and broker licenses in 5 states, I have surrounded myself with a team of industry leaders who have fueled our extraordinary growth. In 2022, we leveraged our national experience to expand my firm into a full service commercial real estate firm. With a national brand and regional expertise, we have been able to grow our managed properties by 2,500% since January of 2022. Through strategic diversification into multifamily, self storage, retail, and office leasing, our revenue grew 90%, with a projected 268% growth by year-end 2024.
Our success has been nationally recognized with awards like SVN's Achievers Award (2021-2023) and Costar Power Broker Award in 2019 and 2021. Our success is also due to our community involvement, we impact families through initiatives such as our annual Angel Tree, supporting 150% more families in 2023; our school supplies drive helping local students prepare for success; and my board membership in a local nonprofit engaged in helping people find the solution to drug and alcohol addiction.
