It’s impossible to understand what Kaitlin brings to the world without use of the word balance. As an internationally award winning Irish Step Dancer and classically trained Vaganova Ballet Dancer, balance simply comes with the territory.
As a 3rd generation Colorado native, growing up in Park Hill, she knows all the pretty and gritty parts of Denver. Yet it was her move to the “big concrete jungle” of NYC, living in Brooklyn, and graduating Cum Laude with dual degrees from NYU, that truly fostered her love of design, urban living, and ultimately connecting with people. And it was there, in the Big Apple, where she began her career in real estate, nearly a decade ago.
Whether she was marketing luxury condos on Manhattan's Upper West Side for The Clarett Group, spearheading the 7th Annual BKYLN DESIGNS in Dumbo with auster*agency, helping launch the SimplyBetter Brand with The Related Companies, or leasing at RedPeak's former flagship high-rise in Downtown Denver, connecting people and place brings her a joy that can only be found when life simply falls into balance...
