I’m a cross-functional business leader and strategic marketer with 20 years of experience in brand building and storytelling through integrated, content-fueled campaigns. My management and leadership experience spans positions at both small, private organizations as well as publicly traded companies. I remain involved with the university alumni organizations from my undergraduate and MBA days, and I serve on the Dean’s Board of Advisors at Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.

My experience in tech, at B2B enterprise software companies, and background in publishing and the newspaper industry has exposed me to entrepreneurial and ambiguous working environments. I’m comfortable with change and leading in the face of uncertainty. I’ve led a department through reorganization and served as cross-functional team lead during a management transition, developing strong leadership and communication skills along the way. I focus on providing a thoughtful, inclusive style of managing and motivating in order to improve team performance, meet marketing objectives, and achieve business results.

I have B2C and B2B marketing experience in digital, mobile and social channels; website and content strategy; consumer research analysis and strategic insights; integrated marketing campaign development; brand messaging and positioning; strategic partnerships; digital ad sales and sponsorships; creative campaign development; and event strategy and execution. I’ve worked with CMOs and senior executives at Fortune 500 retail brands, food and restaurant industry clients, innovation consultancies, CPG brands, telecom, financial services, and business associations. As a frequent pitch presenter, guest lecturer, speaker and panel moderator, I've developed an enthusiasm for and comfort in giving presentations to senior executives, large groups, and university students.

I'm energized by purpose-driven companies, curious and collaborative teammates, transparent and empathetic leaders, and fast-paced environments. While the San Francisco Bay Area has been home for the past 7+ years, I’m also proud to call Chicago my hometown.
