As a leader in global operations and initiatives for higher education institutions, I have over a decade of experience in creating and delivering transformative experiences for students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I am currently the AVP of International Admission and Recruitment at DePaul University, where I lead the planning and execution of an international marketing and recruitment strategy designed to bring talented students from around the world to DePaul.
My core competencies include creating innovative approaches to new programs and services; strategic planning and decision making; designing and developing effective organizations; motivating and leading teams; communicating and building alignment around organizational goals. I hold a DBA and an MBA in International Business, and I am also an adjunct professor of business at DePaul, where I teach courses on business innovation, marketing research, and organizational behavior. I am passionate about international education and life-long learning, and I strive to make a positive impact on the global community through my work.
