My passion for talent management runs high, but never more so when we prove the connection of our strategies to the business outcomes we were designing to address. I’m analytical and data driven, but excel at complementing the facts with thoughtful research and voice of my stakeholders.
Australian born and raised, now living in America. My husband and I are raising our daughters in spectacular Central Oregon while embracing every outdoor activity the seasons offer. I firmly believe there's nothing in life that can't be achieved with a bit of enthusiasm and kindness.
