From Sales to Sales Leadership, E-commerce, Customer Success, Operations, and Customer Marketing, I have seen the customer experience from many perspectives. I believe my strong connection to customers and passion for helping them in addition to cross-functional collaboration gives me a significant edge when it comes to tackling churn and driving revenue. As if that doesn’t keep me busy enough, I am the proud mom of triplet 14-year-old daughters.
