Under my leadership, in partnership with Jennifer Curley, Curley Company has tripled our client roster, doubled our team and nearly quadrupled our revenue since 2020.
As a communicator, I’ve advised Fortune 100 CEOs on a global stage, created change management programs to transform organizations, counselled trade association and nonprofit leaders on policy, regulatory and industry threats and established a reputation for handling high profile, complex situations with diplomacy and ease.
As a people-leader, I'm responsible for hiring, retaining and developing team members and prioritizing mentorship, sponsorship, equity and inclusion in the workforce. I've successfully built diverse, high-performing teams who contribute significantly to realizing an organization’s mission and achieving business results.
As a board member, I champion effective governance and diversity, equity and inclusion as keys to driving transformational organizational results. For nearly two decades, I've advocated to eliminate gender and racial disparities in achieving positive economic and health outcomes.
