Kayla is the founder of Par Excellence Marketing, a luxury brands web design and digital marketing firm. Kayla founded Par Excellence Marketing after seeing an opening in the marketing and web design space for end-to-end marketing strategy that combines research and KPI's to reach goals and increase profit margins. With over a decade of experience in both fields, Kayla has been able to increase value and volume for both national and international brands.

In addition to elevating company success for a number of clients, Kayla believes that giving back and supporting our youth is an equally valuable endeavor. Kayla founded the charitable organization "Suitcases for Someone Special", which provides support to children in the foster care system.
