In addition, a strong focus on manpower strategies, planning and process versatility to ensure resource is available to meet work demand, across our Life & Pensions business unit (200 heads) to help business and team managers maximise the performance of their teams.
Setting up a Robotic Process Automation team focused on process definition and building components to automate part of our business processes where human intervention is not required.
Managing the Document Design development team to build and maintain templates for our automated letter production system including business direction and guidance.
