An international executive with a career spanning 25 years, Keli is a graduate of the Wharton School and her varied experience includes being a Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Learning & Development and US General Manager. A self-made leader, Keli began as an appointment scheduler in sales, eventually leading a division where she quadrupled revenue, and later headed departments with employees spread remotely across 15 countries and 6 continents as well as completing an expat assignment in London. Most recently, as the Chief Commercial Officer for Mind Gym, she ushered in a return to double digit growth, resulting in the highest revenue recorded in company history and record-breaking productivity levels, joining the organization during unprecedented attrition and a 40% revenue decline at the height of Covid. Her repeated successes have uncovered a universal truth: that an investment in people directly impacts profits, inclusion, and broader society.
