I’ve always enjoyed planning and entertaining. According to my mother, I planned my own 10th birthday party complete with a scavenger hunt, an elaborate obstacle course with prizes and a bicycle decorating contest, followed by a parade around the neighborhood. I’ve always been a list maker, an organizer, and the classmate who was never afraid to take the lead on group projects.

As a grown up, I bring that same spirit to my work in the event industry. I approach big picture strategic thinking and all the little details that go into designing unforgettable attendee experiences with equal enthusiasm and drive. This mindset has allowed me to be successful in roles as varied as destination management, non-profit event planning and hotel and venue sales and marketing.

Currently, I work at Event Strategy Group where I consult and collaborate with my clients to help bring the best possible version of their event to life. I also support marketing and business development efforts and represent ESG through involvement with industry organizations and speaking engagements.

I have a degree in Communications from Elon University, a Marketing Certificate from the Wharton School of Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania, and hold a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. I served on the Board of Directors for MPI Philadelphia Area Chapter from 2020-2023 as Director and then VP of Communications and continue to serve as Co-Chair of the chapter’s CMP Study Group committee. I was named Supplier of the Year for the chapter for 2020-2021 and Chapter Leader of the Year for 2022-2023.
