Kelly has been with Nielsen for the last 15 years of her career and has been focused for the last 10 years in their Television and Advanced Advertising Effectiveness Practice. Kelly has been the Chief Product Officer since 2014 across Nielsen’s Audience Measurement products servicing the TV, Radio, Print and Digital advertising industries across the globe. In her current role as General Manager of Nielsen’s Advanced Video Advertising Unit, Kelly is focused on the development of a industry first product to unlock Linear ads on Smart TVs, leading a 100+ person start-up culture focused on business strategy, product development (including feature development, partnership integrations, pricing and go to market positioning), & managing the P&L goals and business pipeline for this newly formed business unit.

Kelly is a charismatic leader with unique experience in motivating and leading large cross functional teams to drive creation and curation of new product ideas from ideation to market launch that can empower media companies, agencies and advertisers to best optimize cross media advertising.

Kelly earned an Executive MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute in 2018 and is a frequent contributor and spokesperson on consumers and advertising measurement.
