I am a multi-dimensional leader who knows how to create and manage energy to drive change. While most notably a professional athlete, I understand how to reach across organizational boundaries to maximize collaborative energy and drive organizational success.
As a systems thinker, with keen insight into the impact of small changes on the greater outcome, I focus on my ability to step out of my local paradigm and take a broader view to recognize how to manage dynamics of the whole system. I am proficient in synthesizing complex information and remaining solutions-focused.
My experience participating at the highest level of my craft has allowed me to assess,
diagnose, problem solve, and put ideation into action for productive change. I have a passion and skill for bringing groups together, managing diverse personalities, and aligning priorities to forge genuine relationships and optimal interactions.
In addition to my NFL and business commitments, I have spent my career, time and influence advocating for equity in education and business, working to end hunger, providing clean water access and encouraging under-represented youth to pursue STEAM disciplines, with a specific focus on addressing the digital divide.
