MY BACKGROUND:
I am the Founder and President of the KRI group of companies. I am a CPA, licensed Real Estate Broker in two states, and spent five years as a commercial lender. I have more than 23 years of significant real estate, banking, private equity, and multifamily investing experience. Throughout my career, I have been involved in transactions valued in excess of $2 billion, much of which has included the acquisition or management of hundreds of multifamily real estate projects and dozens of private equity transactions.
I founded The KRI Group of companies in 1997 with the acquisition of a small, twenty-eight unit apartment building in Cleveland, Ohio. Since that time, KRI has evolved into a full-service real estate company that specializes in multifamily investment and property management services. Our senior management team has managed more than 15,000 apartment units.
