Create own H1B/payroll consultant profiles in multiple job portals to market to multiple clients.
• Apply for jobs on behalf of them only to the direct client or tier-1 clients.
• Posting their resumes into Hands-on experience with job sites such as Monster, Dice & Tech Fetch, Career builder, Jibber jobber, Job-Hunt, Job Bait, GM4JH, Personal Branding Blog, Neighbors-helping-neighbors. Sound LinkedIn etc.
• Market them with the best billing Rate & find long-term projects for them. Negotiate contract terms with vendors
.• Screening consultant’s to ensure their skills, experience, and knowledge to meet open positions.
• Maintain their performance records, keep monitoring their duration of the project, and try to place them before putting them in to bench.
• Built flexible relationships with the Hot List consultant & with the clients too.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors, and clients.
• Achieving the framed business target within the stipulated time.
• Getting eligible resumes through personal contacts.
• Headhunting the requirements from the other jobs sites as well.
• Submitting the daily submission report to the manager.
• Follow up the timesheets from candidates & raising the invoice.
