I'm grateful for having work experience in a range of disciplines. From sales, to marketing, to product management, to people management within those areas it's been a career-long evolution and learning process. This breadth of experience enables me to step in and deliver short term gains while building a strategy and execution plan for long term sustainable success.
A collaborator by nature, which has served me well in cross-team and partner-related projects, I am equally comfortable taking ownership of an initiative or an issue and leading it through to a successful conclusion.
I am a fierce customer advocate, but have learned to balance customer feedback with business objectives to find the greatest benefit for both.
Recently I've found great joy in mentoring and continue to do so actively.
