Let's talk all things salesforce, having been introduced to the platform as far back as 2001, I have grown and morphed into a total advocate of everything salesforce. I have yet to see a system that is as robust and as customizable as salesforce.com. Starting out as a user and now an admin, I see firsthand what it can bring to an organization. Having worked many years in a manufacturing environment, I've seen software solutions that have been very expensive, very inefficient, very difficult to upgrade and cumbersome to adapt into your environment. Salesforce.com does not have those challenges.

As the salesforce admin with my organization it is my duty to not only maintain the integrity of our platform but to also continually work towards efficiencies and process improvements to streamline our process to not only make a better user experience for our associates but also in turn benefiting our clients.
