I truly believe in the power of learning—from what’s on a page, but also from each other and the world around us—so I dedicated my career to driving change through education.
This led me to working in the area of strategy and operations at global education companies, including leading teams focused on the design and execution of cross-functional organizational, process, and technology transformations. I also helped drive cultural transformations by founding and leading an Employee Resource Group and representing employees as a Head of House.
My background in building innovative programs and executing change management combined with my personal intersectional identities culminated in my transition into roles dedicated to implementing holistic and integrated programs around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. I see the value in this work not just for our internal communities but also our external communities, and work to expand its impact outside of my organization's walls.
