I’m a media technology polymath who loves using my well-honed sense of user empathy and well-earned technical knowledge to bridge the gap between creative and technology. Love learning a little about a lot and remixing what I find to create a fresh perspective at the intersection of product, technology, and storytelling.

* Developed, grew, and led a program management team for Production Innovation at Netflix.
* Active Member of the Science and Technology Peer Group with the Television Academy.
* Recovering picture editor and former production-facing technologist with credits on shows like Scorpion, Jane the Virgin, The Leftovers, Star Trek Discovery, Colony, and Fast Color.
* Founded a nonprofit called The Second Act Foundation which helps women over thirty transition to STE(A)M careers.
* Highly involved in the community including leadership positions with The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and Junior League of Los Angeles. Serving as SMPTE Hollywood Region Governor for 2022-2023.
* Loud advocate for mentorship and inclusion, particularly for those underrepresented in the M&E industry.
* Led teams to win two internal Netflix Hack Days, involved with the first 4K HDR anime nominated for an IBC Innovation Award. Also named a TVN Woman to Watch in Technology, a Top Technologist and Woman in Post and Production, nominated for RISE Influencer
award— and voted Most Likely to Be President at my college job!
* Published in the October 2018 SMPTE Motion Imaging Journal, Guest Editor for the Nov/Dec 2021 SMPTE Motion Imaging Journal, and co-author of several Netflix Tech Blogs.
* Speaker at Adobe Video World, EBU Production Technology Summit, Visual Storytelling Conference, NAB Show, SMPTE Conference, numerous podcasts, universities, and high schools.
