I started my career in HR and Talent Acquisition with early-stage startups. A decade ago, I joined a B2B SaaS company to build the HR and Accounting department. During this time, Customer Success was emerging as a department SaaS companies needed and I watched our CS team be built from the ground up. I realized I could have a larger impact on the business while fueling my creativity to solve complex problems โ I love connecting the dots.
I wanted to be thoughtful about how I would pivot into Customer Success, so I explored opportunities with companies in the Talent Acquisition industry, allowing me to utilize my industry knowledge while learning CS best practices.
