Being a Partnerships leader is pretty much what you'd imagine – a dynamic role where you're connecting with everyone in the business. I see myself as a sort of magnet, pulling colleagues together and sparking shared visions. It's all about trust for me; it's the glue that makes open communication and teamwork happen. In this role, strategic thinking is more than just a skill; it's my compass for identifying opportunities on the horizon and figuring out lasting partnerships.

For me, being a leader is about diving into the trenches, leading by example to drive results. Ages ago, I heard this speaker at a conference who totally shaped how I see leadership. It's about giving your team ‘freedom within the framework’, not micromanaging but coaching and empowering them to be their best. A recent leader of mine described my team as a team of ninjas, agile and skilled, ready to tackle any project. My goal is to empower my team members to achieve success, and I'm all in, going the extra mile to make sure empowerment isn't just a concept but a reality.

When I'm not working, you'll catch me outdoors—whether by the lake or on any field—watching my kids do their thing in soccer, football, or baseball. My family isn't just important; they're my everything. They keep me going, inspiring me to hustle and strive for success.
