Laurel Delaney is a successful international entrepreneur, author, speaker and educator with more than 25 years of experience in global business. She is the founder of Chicago-based GlobeTrade.com and the nonprofit Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global® (womenentrepreneursgrowglobal.org), both with a mission to promote and foster international entrepreneurship.

Ms. Delaney is a renowned global small business expert with a passion for helping small companies go global. She also helps big companies develop strategic initiatives that target global small businesses. Her latest book, "Exporting: The Definitive Guide to Selling Abroad Profitably" (2nd edition, Apress), was published October 2016 (www.ExportingGuide.com).

Awarded the SBA's "Illinois Exporter of the Year," Ms. Delaney serves on the International Editorial Advisory Board of the "Journal of International Entrepreneurship” and is also a pioneer member and a board member by appointment of the World Entrepreneurship Forum. She was named to Irish America’s Annual “The Business 100,” celebrating corporate success and Irish heritage. She is also the Chicago Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents’ Organization.
