I am an entrepreneur, enterprise growth executive and public speaker focused on work that uplifts the human experience and creates opportunities for all humans to thrive. Currently I am Co-Founder and Head of Sales for Yes&Sell, a sales training company that uses the art of Improv to help sales professionals bring performance into their sales craft with training that amplifies emotional intelligence and creativity.
I also speak publicly about my lived experience as a trans woman in customer facing and executive roles at high growth organizations and the impact that creating inclusive and equitable work environments can have on individual humans. I was featured throughout Season 1 of Showtime’s hit docuseries Couples Therapy and currently live in Los Angeles where I am a working actress and owner of Full Slayt Productions which is focused on producing Trans stories through a Trans lens for TV and Film.
