From selling tickets at the door to London's legendary venue The Troubadour to pitching artists to talent buyers at CAA, I made an industry pivot to event programming and community management at WeWork. In each of those roles, it took being quick-witted, thick-skinned, and attentive to detail to get the job done. Software is ever evolving, and working with a wide variety of clients as a Customer Success Manager at G2 requires constant learning, creativity, patience, and of course - diligent follow-up. My roots in music now primarily impact my personal time, I love going to live shows and listening to new tracks while I knock out my inbox.
