With over 18 years experience in Client Success over my career, I have enhanced my leadership and communication skills with some of the nation's most successful technology companies. As one of the first 38 employees hired by Bazaarvoice in 2006, a company that went IPO in 2011 with more than 800 employees, I learned early in my career how to successfully grow and scale fast growing startups while putting customers at the heart of the business. Since then I have perfected the art of customer obsession at every stage of the company journey, regardless of size. Over the last 10 years I have been brought into organizations to do anything from starting a Customer Success team from scratch for an early startup organization to restructuring and refocusing a Customer Success team at a larger more established company. In addition to developing my own methods of success for leading small and large teams, I have also created unique strategies that differentiate our products and brand while increasing client satisfaction and ROI. I have organized and run speaking engagements on customer service techniques, presented numerous live demonstrations and webinars, and coached Fortune 50-500 companies and C-level executives on how to leverage the voice of the customer to increase their brand awareness and ROI. I have been recognized by local and national organizations for my creative marketing strategies and techniques both online and offline.
