I’m a coach and business strategist, working with business owners and leaders to guide them through the process of creating an aligned life.

My clients are successful professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but on the inside, they are white-knuckling life. They’re not comfortable with vulnerability or asking for help. They sit in silence, with a dose of shame, not sure what to do, so they keep doing the same thing expecting a different result. They come to me frustrated and overwhelmed, asking for help finding the elusive work-life balance, but…what I’ve come to learn is that work-life balance is BS.

Instead, it’s more of an alignment of three components (1) setting and maintaining healthy boundaries (2) establishing priorities and (3) challenging mindset.

One of the main tenets of my work is that boundaries are the bridge to creating an aligned life; we tend to replay the same self-sabotaging stories that we’re wired to tell ourselves. It’s time to flip these stories, rewire our thoughts, and be kinder to ourselves.

When we retrain the way we speak to ourselves, this new dialog extends beyond us. We change the rules on how we expect to be treated and how we treat others. It’s fascinating to bear witness as the pieces of their lives, and businesses start to align with their purpose, their people, and their power.

Another part of our misalignment is our priorities and the never-ending “to-do” list. Part of my process is to ask my clients what do YOU really need to do? As we evaluate these items and time-consuming tasks start to fall off the list, I can see the level of stress roll off, and a glimmer of optimism peek out as they begin to see that they can have more time for what truly matters.

Throughout, I hold space, offer accountability, and provide tough love which is very appealing to these high-achievers. They’re seen, heard, and understood while exploring what’s possible and igniting compassionate curiosity all without judgment so they can honestly look at their ‘sh*t.’

I facilitate lasting change and love every minute of the work that I bring to the world.
