I serve as both CMO as well as head of Learning & Development at Index Exchange, I lead teams spanning brand, communications & PR, digital marketing, experiential/ events, product marketing, and learning & development professionals.

The marketing team is responsible for building the Index Exchange brand and connecting with our customers and industry partners across touchpoints. We define go-to-market strategy, and drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of our products and solutions across channels.

Learning & Development is responsible for training, education, and learning across Index Exchange. We build content and programs to develop employees in job-related skills, soft skills, and Index-specific knowledge, like product and cultural training.

I've spent the last 16+ years in digital advertising, from ad operations and media planning/ buying at agencies, to technical account management and sales in ad tech, to product marketing, training and education, developing voice of customer programs, event marketing, and all things channel and brand marketing. I love the ever-changing marketing landscape—the constant shifting of customer needs and behaviors, and activating all the levers a brand may have to create meaningful connections that ultimately drives business growth.
