I am a highly motivated Operations professional, intellectually curious, and passionate about making processes and systems work. I work closely with Growth Operations, and other cross functional teams on systems improvement, operational excellence, and risk management.

• Leading project and change management
• Managing what is important from what is urgent

I am recent MBA & MHA Graduate of The University of Scranton’s Kania School of Management. In my free time I enjoy playing flag football, growing ghost peppers on my balcony, and composting at my local farmer’s market.
